Working for Caritas Family Service over 28 years including Project on Extra-marital Affairs, Family Service Centre/ Integrated Family Service Centre, School Social Work (Secondary School). Leading Caritas Dr. & Mrs. Olinto de Sousa Integrated Family Service Centre won the Wofoo Asian Award for Advancing Family Well-Being (Wofoo 3A Project) 2020 (Outstanding Award) for Caritas Family Service for the first time. Initiator and supervisor of the first e-book on marriage, namely ‘Marriage Plus : From Me to We’From Me to We for the Newlywed (2024) which was proved enhancing marital satisfaction effectively.

The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong established Caritas–Hong Kong (Caritas) in July 1953. Caritas, a multi-service organisation, offers a comprehensive array of services in four primary areas: education, medicine, social work, and other services. The main objective of Family Service is to enhance the quality of life within the family unit by preserving and strengthening the family as an entity, thereby enhancing the capacity of individuals and family members to address their issues. Collaborative endeavours to establish cohesion across multiple disciplines and signature projects/services, such as EMA projects, FSCS, men's work, etc., provide assistance to individuals and families through a diverse array of programs.
