Benson is an experienced registered social worker in integrated family services, with a focus on parent & couple work and ICT innovation. He has actively integrated technology into service delivery-- using VR/AR in family programs and developing the blended mode mindful parenting therapeutic groups. One of his key contributions is the development of a chatbot to enhance public accessibility and bridge online and offline service engagement. His recent interest lies in exploring the integration of AI (Artificial Intelligence) into daily operations to enhance service efficiency. He remains committed to exploring creative ICT applications or better support families.
